This is the wedding reading that I wrote for my brother and his bride to be, "Why Get Married?". When they asked whether I wanted to do a reading at their wedding, I had a look online, but couldn't find anything I really liked that I hadn't heard at weddings before; so I had a go at writing them an original reading. It went down well and I was really pleased to have added to their day.

Wedding card

To celebrate my brother's wedding, I painted him and his new wife a bespoke wedding card. When designing the card I focused on a feeling of joy, movement and colour. It features caricatures of the bride and groom dancing out of the venue, with confetti falling round them and flowers by their feet. They loved the card, and I hope it makes a very special keepsake.
